The staff went above and beyond during our 6-night family stay. They even prepared special meals for my ill daughter. Our quadruple room was large, comfy, and very clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly. They also helped fix our internet in no time!

Noise was an issue, especially from a loud fan or system outside the room that disrupted sleep. Some amenities were lacking. the room safe felt insufficiently secure for valuables, and there was a power outage during my stay, though it affected the whole area. Breakfast was inconsistent, and requests for takeout were sometimes mismanaged.

The breakfast spread was heavenly with fresh fruit, eggs, and coffee that uplifted our mornings. What a gem to have a cozy kitchen in the spacious King Room! Plus, just a short stroll to local favorites like Zayapa Son-Bar and El Muelle de Darwin, you won't go hungry here.

The location is perfect, just off Av. Charles Darwin. Our spacious King Room had excellent AC and a full kitchen, which was super convenient. The staff was always friendly and helped us with fresh towels. Breakfast was delicious every day! Highly recommend this spot.

the location was perfect, with famous sites like the santa cruz fish market just a few steps away. The stunning laguna las ninfas being not too far at all for a peaceful walk in nature.

A comfortable single room with excellent air conditioning made the stay enjoyable. The staff was incredibly friendly, assisting with activities and introducing a reasonable breakfast, though it was simple with limited options. However, service was inconsistent. requests for additional amenities, like extra pillows, were met with reluctance, and air conditioning was turned off during the day, causing issues with drying clothes. The hot and cold shower functioned well, and the location was convenient for exploring.

This place was just an optimal selection for a transient stop in Puerto Ayora with reasonable price. Free tea and coffee were available all day, which was a nice touch after long days exploring. Bring some Spanish phrases to help with communication, as it goes a long way!

I had a lovely stay here where they whipped up delicious to-go breakfast sandwiches for us at the crack of dawn! The sun terrace and garden area provided great spots to unwind after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, there were a few minor maintenance noises, but it didn’t impact my stay at all. 😄

Friendly staff, clean room, convenient location made exploring the area easy, especially since it's only 0.5 miles from the Charles Darwin Research Station where you can learn more about the local ecosystem and wildlife.
